This services enables the Emirates Identity Authority’s customers to track the status of their ID cards at the Emirates Post during the delivery stage so as to know the place of delivery of the ID card after being printed and sent by the Emirates Identity Authority.
To track the status of an application, the applicant should provide the application number available in the registration form or the shipment number available in the SMS sent by the Emirates Post to customers’ mobile phones.

A customer should call the Emirates Identity Authority’s Call Center on 600530003 within 30 days from the date of completion of registration procedures as the customer’s telephone number might have been incorrectly inputted in their registration forms.
