The directors of registration centers at the Emirates Identity Authority have discussed the mechanisms of a project for classifying service centers as well as the approval of Tas’heel offices, the latest updates regarding the guiding signs to Dubai centers and the proposed mechanism of work of call centers.
The 6th meeting of the directors of registration centers held in Ras Al Khaimah yesterday and presided over by H.E. Mohammed Al Harthy, Acting Executive Director of Registration Centers, discussed the adopted procedures for registration centers to move from registration plan to operation plan. It also discussed the optimization of Musaffah Center’s experience of seeking the assistance of the employees’ efforts for enhancing customer satisfaction.
The meeting, held by the directors of registration centers affiliated to the Emirates Identity Authority across the UAE, reviewed the latest developments related to the working teams formed to follow up the developments pertaining to the UAE Program for Excellent Government Service (7-star award).
The meeting discussed a number of issues related to improving service standards, developing the observed registration mechanisms and the system for receiving and solving the incoming complaints via the call centers and other channels.
The meeting was attended by Mr. Abdul Razzaq Ahmed Bin Rasheed, Preventive Medicine Project Manager and Acting Director of Sharjah Center, Mr. Mohammed Saeed Al Talay, Acting Director of Ajman Center, Mr. Rashid Ali Al Nuaimi, Acting Director of Umm Al Quwain Center, Mr. MusbehObaid Al Mismari, Director of Fujairah Center, and Mr. Ismael Hashim Al Bulooshi, Director of Ras Al Khaimah Center.
The meeting was also attended by Mr. Ahmed Obaid Al Buh, Director of Al Dhaid Center, Mr. Nasser Ahmed Al Abdouli, Acting Director of Al Karamaand Al Barsha Center, Mr. Jassim Mohammed Al Raeesi, Acting Director of Al Rashidiya Center, Mr. Ahmed Mohammed Bin Amer, Center Director, Mr. Hamad Al Ghafli, Director of Al Ain Center, Mr. Mohammed Al Ahbabi, Western Region Supervisor, and Mr. Sultan Al Dhahiri, Center Director.
