The Emirates Identity Authority has organized a training course in the art of public speaking which saw the participation of its government communication team and a number of its officials and spokesmen. The course came as part of the Emirates Identity Authority's keenness on developing the participants' skills and familiarizing them with the ways and mechanisms of dealing with the mass media.
The course, held at the Fairmont Bab Al Bahr Hotel in Abu Dhabi on June 19 and 20, focused on enhancing the communication skills between the Emirates ID's official spokesmen and the various mass media with the aim of conveying information to customers in the fastest and most accurate manner. The course is also aimed at solving customers' problems and handling their complaints by directly responding to the calls of radios, newspapers and TV channels.
The course, in which Dr. Ibrahim Al Hammadi gave lectures, saw the participation of H.E. Mohamed Al Mazrouei, Executive Director of Population Register, H.E. Mohammed Al-Harthy, Acting Director of Registration Centers, Mr. Abdullah Al Yamani, Emirates ID Director General's Office Manager, Mr. Ismael Fadlullah, Director of Dubai and Northern Emirates, Mr. Musbeh Al Mismari, Director of Fujairah Registration Center, Mr. Nasser Al Abdouli, Acting Director of Al Karama and Al Barsha Center, and Mr. Jassim Al Raeesi, Director of Al Rashidiya Registration Center.
