The Emirates Identity Authority has participated in a dedicated global conference on the methodologies of building strategies of organizations and the mechanisms adopted for completing plans and achieving the desired results. This came as part if the Emirates ID's ongoing keenness on getting familiar with the world's best experiences and practices in performance management systems and implementation of world quality standards.
The Emirates ID's participation in the conference, which kicked off under the theme "From Strategy to Delivery" in Cambridge, UK, between July 11 and 13, aimed at exchanging expertise and experiences with the participating organizations specializing in field research and studies and implementation of opinion polls that enable them to get familiar with customer satisfaction levels and employ their results in upgrading the services provided by the Emirates ID.
The conference saw the participation of a number of researchers in the field of performance management, planning and quality as well as specialist consultants from some major global organizations who came to demonstrate their achievements and systems.
The Emirates ID clarified that its participation in the conference reflected its commitment and keenness on meeting customers' needs in line with its strategic plan 2010-2013 through providing the best services and seeking the best quality standards.
The conference was attended from the Emirates ID by Musbeh Al Mismari, Director of Fujairah Registration Center, Jassim Al Raeesi, Director of Al Rashidiya Registration Center, Nasser Al Abdouli, Acting Director of Al Barsha and Al Karama Center, and Ayman Ghoneim, Quality Advisor.
