H.E. Dr. Eng. Ali Mohamed Al Khouri, Emirates ID Director General, has stressed the necessity to continuously rationalize spending, particularly in the fields of using electricity, water, communication and other utilities.
Presiding over the meeting held by the Emirates Identity Authority to discuss the operating plans and the performance indicators of the Financial Affairs Department and Internal Verification Department for the first quarter of 2012, Al Khouri underscored the necessity to use accurate and easily measured performance indicators and to seek a specific definition and a clear approach for measuring these indicators.
Al Khouri underlined the importance of keeping away from the traditional methods of work and innovating creative and highly developed methods to achieve excellence and upgrade work. He also called for paying due attention to the process of engineering the financial procedures so as to have indicators that would help reduce the number of procedures after applying the corporate resources planning and management system.
